What information do we collect?

Do we collect IP Addresses?
Yes. Our web servers gather your IP address to assist with website security, diagnosis of problems or support issues with our services. Again, information is gathered in aggregate only and cannot be traced to an individual user.
Your ability to access and correct information

If you wish to access the information we hold about you, you are welcome to contact us and we will respond to your request within 10 working days. A handling fee may be payable so that we can obtain the information you require.
