LINQ UX Designer / Business Analyst

We are a “global from birth” company that leverages technology to help clients in the UK, US, Australia and New Zealand. Our early adopters come from the utilities industry, technology services, healthcare, public sector, financial services and local government.
A LINQ User Experience Designer sits in the heart of development. You take our strategy and vision, customer requirements and feedback, and work with the development and design teams to shape our fast-growing SaaS product. You collaborate with other UX designers, the CTO, and the development team in New Zealand and Vietnam to break-down, describe, and deliver new features in small pieces.
THE ROLE
UX design in collaboration with the UX design team
Holding workshops to understand requirements and design features
User story development in JIRA , and reviews with development, QA and customer teams
Input into acceptance criteria and reviews
User acceptance testing
Feature rollout and backlog management
Tools and Skills
Balsamiq, Photoshop, Illustrator

Creative, collaborative, customer-centric
Can clearly communicate, persuade, and provide the reasons behind your ideas
Analytical – able to break down complex problems

Focused and self-motivated
An understanding of business and organisation transformation, and process modelling experience is a plus.
Two years commercial experience, preferably in a multi-role / start-up.
