It’s been a while since our last post. We’ve been busy getting LINQ to base camp; the private release of the product to our Early Adopters. That happens early next week and marks an exciting milestone on our journey. It has been almost one year since we developed our first LINQ Proof-of-Concept, so seeing it develop into a production quality cloud-native solution has been an exciting journey for the entire team.
The bulk of the work has involved our product development team here in Wellington, New Zealand and in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. One of the great things about starting from scratch is that we’ve been able to implement the latest Lean / Kanban techniques coupled with automated build and deployment processes. So our flow from idea to release is fast! This product foundation is going to have significant advantages for our customers in the future.
We’re also building up our support resources. You can get a good idea of what’s coming by taking a look at our support site at support.linq.it. We’ve built this on Freshdesk; another awesome SaaS offering which provides professional support and communications capabilities with minimal configuration. You can contact us via email, Facebook, Twitter, or Instant Messaging and we’ll know instantly and be able to help you as quickly as we can. You’ll see a range of FAQs and some ‘Learning LINQ’ resources under the Forum tab. You will also find links to some new YouTube videos we are creating which introduce some of the fundamental ideas behind LINQ.
